Department of English, Maharaja Krishnkumarsinghji Bhavnagar University organizes ICT Workshop for new admission students every year. In this year's workshop, the concern is introducing to the new student about to support 'Digital Skilling' initiatives so students develop the ability to find, evaluate, use, share, and create literary content using digital devices.

Being a Committee leader sounds so proud, but it is as hard to work. We have to convince the members to participate so they can also improve themselves. To see if every internet connection is working, router and ethernet connection is working or not. Before the workshop started, we checked out all department laptops, how many are working or not, and kept the record handy as well with soft copy, and how many working with AC power and DC power. From time to time also have to see that every resource person's presentation must be sent to you. It also sounds so easy but it is hard to do. Because you have no such kind of experience, but as we attended our last workshop, we learned so many things that how to improve your teaching skills parallel with your learning skill. These two things make our PROCESS OF LEARNING more beautiful. 

On ICT Workshop 2022, we organized a two-day workshop(8th and 9th of August) under the guidelines of our Head of the Department Prof.Dr.Dilip Barad Sir. I took the opportunity as a Resource Person in this workshop, I dealt with three topics, Google Account, Google Chrome, and Google Drive. During the learning of such tools, I found that it is quite difficult to learn and work through mobile because it has a limited working system and very hurdles that students feel during working or uploading such a thing. However, I come to know through my senior Miss Ruchi Joshi about 'Desktop Site' on Mobile Phones. This is not a part of learning the digital skills for literature students, but very necessary to learn how we can work smartly through mobile while using the Chrome browser. 

Under such pressure of becoming a Resource Person, I learned many things and it Ultimately is an endless process. From scanning QR codes to teaching such a tool to Juniors is quite an interesting journey this year at the Department of English. I thank all my colleagues who gave them full time to teach the juniors as Resource Person. Also, thanks to juniors to attend and giving their interest to learn digital tools.
